Addressing Opioid Use in Stearns County Through Prevention, Treatment, and Harm Reduction

PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to implement programs and services funded by the Minnesota Opioid Settlement. The goal is to reduce the impact of the opioid epidemic through evidence-based, equitable, and community-informed strategies aligned with the Minnesota Opioids State-Subdivision Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Funding is intended to support sustainable, multi-year initiatives that reduce opioid-related harm and promote recovery. Contracts will be awarded to multiple organizations.

PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL: ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the Bidding System online through Bids & Tenders not later than 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 11, 2025. Hardcopy submissions are not permitted.

AWARD: Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be valid for 120 days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County’s best interest.
