Returned, sealed bids must be received by the Town Administrator by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. The Town of Grafton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and has the right to accept any other than the lowest bid if determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
