Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Windham Keywords: Paving Contractor Bid Description: The Town of Grafton is requesting proposals for paving two small sections on Route 121 East. Please contact Morgan Wilbur, Town Administrator for (802) 843-2552 or townadmin@graftonvt.org to receive the bid instructions and specification sheets. Returned, sealed bids must be received by the Town Administrator by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. The Town of Grafton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and has the right to accept any other than the lowest bid if determined to be in the best interest of the Town.
