TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE COUNTY OF ESSEX STATE OF NEW JERSEY ADDENDUM #2 TO Request for Proposal for the Private Collection Agency of Municipal Court Debt Submission Date: Wednesday April 16, 2025 11:00 a.m. Prevailing Time The Township of West Orange (the "Township") issues this Addendum #2 to the Request for Proposals for the Private Collection Agency of Municipal Court Debt (the "RFP"). This addendum is issued to clarify, correct or supplement the RFP as originally issued and shall supersede any conflicting section of the original RFP. This Addendum #2 shall be acknowledged in your proposal utilizing the form captioned "Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda". Failure to acknowledge this Addendum or any other Addendum may be cause for rejection of your proposal.
