This Addendum becomes a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding
Specifications, as noted below. This addendum consists of one (1) page. You must acknowledge
the Addendum on the Bid Proposal sheet. Failure to acknowledge Addendum(s) on the bid
sheet may subject the bidder to disqualification.
REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS BUILDINGS
1. On page 3 of the specification, the following clarification refers to item number two (2), Low
Light/Night Vision: IR with at least 100 ft range:
All cameras are to have IR range of 10M except for fish eye cameras as they do not need
IR.
2. On page 10 of the specification under BID OPTIONS, the following changes need to be made:
To be deleted:
Install OpenEye only.
To replace with:
Any ONVIF camera is allowed as long as it works with our current OpenEye NVR.
OpenEye servers to be configured for thirty (30) days of onboard storage.
Please see page 3 of the specification for further clarification regarding ONVIF.
