The Mandatory Site Visit that was to be held on 11/21/24 was CANCELLED.

The attached Addendum #1 is being submitted to outline the changes to IFB Dates only. There are no other changes to the IFB. Addendum #1 must be signed and submitted with IFB #BMCC 256602 and all Supporting Documents Attached.

1. The Mandatory Site Visit Date is REVISED. The Site Visit date is now Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024, at 10:00 AM. You must confirm your attendance for the Site Visit no later than Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2024, at 3:00PM. The location of the Site Visit remains the same.

2. The Questions Deadline is REVISED. The Questions submission Deadline is now Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024, at 2:00PM

3. The Bid Submission Date is REVISED. The Bid Submission date is now Wednesday, January 8, 2025, 11:00 AM

The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) of the City University of New York (CUNY) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide Asbestos Abatement and Removal Services at BMCC's Main Campus, 3rd Floor South, 199 Chambers Street. New York, NY 10007. The Contractor shall provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor and equipment to provide Asbestos Abatement and Removal Services. The size of the area is approximately 4,187 sq. ft. as set forth in greater detail outlined in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB).

A Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM. All interested Proposers will meet and sign in at 199 Chambers Street, Main Campus Lobby, Security Desk. You must respond that you will be attending the Site Visit no later than Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 3:00 PM. Please e-mail the Designated Contact below, Leonore Gonzalez -Santos l gonzalez@bmcc.cuny.edu, to inform them that you will be attending. In your Site Visit confirmation e-mail, please include the names of all who will be attending from your organization. Those vendors who do not respond by the Site Visit response deadline, will not be permitted to attend the Site Visit.
