The City of Pawtucket is seeking a qualified contractor for the construction phase of OAK HILL PARK TENNIS COURTS AND PLAYGROUND RENOVATIONS project.
The purpose of this project is to revitalize Oak Hill Park, also known as the Tom Duffy Recreational Center. This project shall consist of renovations to the existing tennis courts and tot playground. Work will include the demolition of the existing tennis court surfacing, playground, fencing, and trees. Reconstruction of a new park will include installation of new tennis courts with the addition of drainage and a pickleball court, a new tot playground, new fencing around the entire premises, and minor landscaping work. |
