NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING BIDS FOR THIS WORK:
You are hereby notified of the following changes, clarifications or modifications to the original Contract
Documents, Project Manual, Drawings, Specifications, and subsequent Addenda. This Addendum shall
supersede the original; Contract Documents, and previous Addenda wherein it contradicts the same and shall
take precedence over anything to the contrary therein. All other conditions remain unchanged.
CHANGES AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, DRAWINGS AND
SPECIFICATIONS:
CLARIFICATION/CHANGES/ADDITIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL:
1. Updated Bid Opening date: Friday, April 24, 2026, at 2:30 PM
2. Updated Notice of Intent to Award: Tuesday, April 28, 2026
3. Remove the reference to the $30,000 dry rot allowance in Specification Section 073216-2, Part 3, Item
D. All dry rot will be replaced on an approved time-and-materials (T&M) basis.
4. Note: All built-up roofs (B.U.R.) at Ritchen School are retrofit projects.
5. Please refer to the updated Bid Form, which now includes the Add Alternate amount.
