Project: South Windsor High School Front Sidewalk Replacement
RFP #: 2026-0004
Original RFP Date: March 24, 2026
The following revisions are hereby made to the Contract Documents for the above-referenced project. All bidders
shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on the bid form and incorporate all changes into their submitted bids.
Failure to include the items identified in this Addendum will not be considered grounds for additional
compensation or change orders after contract award or during construction.

1. Site Plan Revisions
• Site Plan (Sheet C-1): Revised to include one (1) additional sidewalk ramp at the location of the bituminous
walk. This sidewalk ramp will also function as a concrete driveway apron. This section of sidewalk shall be
constructed with an 8” thick concrete section and wire mesh as specified in Detail 5 on plan sheet C-5.
• Demolition Plan (Sheet C-1): Updated to indicate that existing flagpoles at the school’s main entrance are to
be protected.
• Grading Plan (Sheet C-2): Revised to include grades for the additional sidewalk ramp and adjustments to the
spot grades of the other accessible ramps for design clarity.
2. Pre-Bid Documentation
• Pre-Bid Sign-In Sheet is attached.
