ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE

LIT/DARK FIBER WIDE AREA NETWORK SERVICES

RFP NO. 05-25/26

General: The following changes, additions and clarifications have been made to the original

Documents for the above referenced project and shall be incorporated into the Proposer’s response.

All project documents provided with, and referenced in, the District’s RFP No. 05-25/26,

including contract documents and specifications (collectively, the “Proposal Documents”) shall

remain unchanged with the exception of those elements added, revised, deleted, or clarified by this

Addendum. In case of conflict between the Proposal Documents and this Addendum, this

Addendum shall govern and shall supersede any term in the Proposal Document that contradicts

or otherwise clashes with this Addendum.

All Proposers must acknowledge receipt of Addendum Number One on the Proposal Form.

Failure to do so may subject Proposer to disqualification.

RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR CLARIFICATIONS:

1) Bandwidth Requirements (Spectrum Business)

For bandwidth requirements above 10Gbps, can the District support a single 100Gb native

handoff or is the District expecting n x10Gb handoffs?

A: The District is requesting and expecting n x10Gb handoffs, we cannot handle a native

100Gb handoff.

2) Ronald Reagan Elementary School Site Address (Spectrum Business)

The site location for Ronald Reagan Elementary School, the RFP lists the address as 35445

Porras Rd., Wildomar, Riverside, CA 92595. However, based on USPS and the Lake Elsinore

USD website (https://rre.leusd.k12.ca.us), it lists the address as 35445 Wildomar Trl,

Wildomar CA 92595. Screen shots attached. Are these address the same? If so, can we

respond to the RFP utilizing the 35445 Wildomar Trail, Wildomar, CA 92595 address??

A: Yes, 35445 Wildomar Trail, Wildomar, CA 92595 is the correct address for Ronald

Reagan Elementary School. Please respond to the RFP utilizing 35445 Wildomar Trail,

Wildomar, CA 92595 as the Service Address for this School Site.
