This Addendum, applicable to work designated herein below shall be understood to be an Addendum
and as such shall be included in the "Contract Documents".
Following are the changes, amendments, deletions or additions to components of the "Request for
Contractor Services" as now written or drawn. All provisions of General Conditions of the Contract for
Construction, Supplementary Conditions, and other pertinent portions of the Specifications and Drawings
shall apply to this Addendum.

Answer: The available funds for construction (AFC) are between $150,000 and $160,000.
