The purpose of the meeting was to review scope of work and quote requirements. The following notations were made at
the time of the meeting:
The project bid opening date is Wednesday, June 17, 2026. Bids will be received no later than 2:00 pm by the
procurement department.
Contractors shall forward any questions relative to the bid documents in writing to the attention of Mark Fischer no later
than close of business on Friday June 12th 2026. Email is an acceptable form of submitting questions All questions and
responses will be shared with bidders via addendum.
Questions received after the above date will not be considered.
Project scope is generally as follows:
* Repair multiple sanitary sewer manholes invert trough.
* Remove and replace an existing sanitary sewer line.
* Removing and replacing concrete sidewalk and vehicular paving where existing sewer is being replaced
The construction duration for the project is 60 days from the NTP. (duration may be adjusted to accommodate concrete
work with school closures)
Bids shall be submitted as identified on the Request for Bids documentation.

Contactors are reminded that they must show honest effort at obtaining the DBE requirements.
Insurance coverage shall be as outlined in the Contract Documents
Contractors are reminded to thoroughly familiarize themselves with all plans, specifications, and future addenda when
posted.
Final addenda will be issued no later than Friday June 12th 2026
Shop drawings and submittals shall be prepared, reviewed by the contractor, and submitted in accordance with the project
documents. Submittals shall be carefully coordinated to allow for full review and processing by the consultants.
Contactors are reminded that they are not allowed to enter or use any school buildings or facilities without approved
permission.
Site visits and/or property walk-throughs by Contractors, Subcontractors, or their representatives shall not be permitted on
a "drop-in" or unscheduled basis.
The following questions raised during the pre-bid meeting, along with their responses, are hereby issued as Addendum
No. 1 to the drawings and specifications dated 09/12/2025.
To aid with the bid process NOLA Public Schools has created and handed out a Post-Bid Document Checklist which is
attached to the end of this Addendum.
The above minutes represents our understanding of the discussions that took place during this meeting. If corrections or
additions need to be made, please forward these in writing within five (5) days to the undersigned so that an accurate
record can be maintained. These minutes will stand as submitted unless corrections or additions are communicated.
