Contractor Questions/Clarifications:
1. THERE WILL BE A SECOND PRE-BID SITE WALK ON TUESDAY MARCH 24
FROM 9:00 - 11:00 AM. PLEASE EMAIL ARCHITECT IF YOU PLAN TO
ATTEND.
2. For the DBE requirement, if the contractor cannot meet the minimum percentage, they must
show evidence of a good faith effort.
3. Post-Bid documents must be hand delivered or sent by certified mail.
4. Bidders are advised to send questions in writing (email) to Julia Sharp (jksharp@wdgnola.com)
at WDG.
a. The final day for submission of written questions is March 26, 2026 @ 2:00 pm.
5. Is there an estimated budget or value for the project?
a. The allocated budget will be shared at the bid opening.
6. Is there a list of potential bidders?
a. There is not a formal list. A list of the companies that have requested the drawings
can be provided if needed.
7. Have the start and end dates for the actual work on the project been established?
a. This project is to take place during the school's summer break for 2026. June 1 to
August 1.

b. Purpose of the meeting: To clarify information about the project and begin to gather
questions bidders may have.
c. Bidders must rely on Published Addenda for official answers to the questions not
officially covered in the bid documents. Bidders are advised to send questions in
