Dear Proponents,

This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of

interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum

No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files.

Section IV –B (page 27) in the RFP is deleted and replaced with the following:

B. NUMBER OF COPIES

Offerors shall deliver one (1) original and five (5) identical copies of their proposal to the location

specified in Section II, Paragraph E on or before the closing date and time for receipt of proposals. If

submitting responses electronically via Dropbox, please submit one (1) file for the proposal response.

Question No.2: The RFP Specifications ask that the Volume of Work Previously Done be

documented on a “Project Listing Form” provided in Appendix D. Appendix D is the Sample

Agreement. We do not find Project Listing Form in the RFP. Please advise.

Response: Appendix D “Volume of Work Previously Done” is provided by this Addendum No. 1.

documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting

contract documents and have effects as if original issued. All other unaffected sections will have

their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect. Respondents are reminded that

Santa Fe County requests proposals from qualified vendors or firms from qualified Planning and

Engineering Consultants to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report to protect the traditional

water resources of the La Cienega and La Cieneguiila communities.

Proposal Information

• Carefully read the Request for Proposal for requirements, terms & conditions including the

sample agreement (Sample agreement starts on page 38)

• Sequence of Events are listed on page 16

• Proposal Organization - Proposal should be organized as outlined in the RFP on page 26

and 30

• Selection of finalist(s) – the most qualified proposal received based on the evaluation

factors outlined in the RFP (Page 22) will be scored by a three to five-member evaluation

committee

• Preferences (Page 31 & 32):

1) N.M. In-State Business/Native American Preference Certificate 80 points total of all evaluation factors added

to score.

2) N.M. Resident Veterans Preference Certificate/Native American Veterans, 100 points total of all

Background:

The preliminary report will be prepared with a holistic view of the local watersheds to inform

community considerations related to water supply and demand, traditional agriculture and

ranching, wastewater treatment, natural water systems (e.g., springs, wetlands, vernal pools,

aquifers, etc.), landscape ecology, climate change and adaptation strategies, and resilience to

include traditional ecological knowledge (e.g., flood, drought, fire, invasives, etc.).
