Questions and Answers:

1. Question: Is that an item number for the Lummi Sticks or is that just an example

item?

Answer: The name listed is an example. Please provide your best sourced item

that meets the specifications listed on that line item.

2. Question: Are the Zip baggies required to be a branded item?

Answer: No, the baggies do not need to be a specific brand name.

3. Question: Kinder has both wiggly eyes and eye stickers. Is this a duplicate item?

Answer: No, this is not a duplicate. These are two separate items. One are

googly eyes and the other are flat wiggle eye stickers.

4. Question: Must a vendor be able to supply all line items to be considered

responsive?

Answer: All items must be bid in order to be considered.

5. Question: Will the District only make a single award or are multiple awards

possible?

Answer: All items will be awarded to one vendor.

6. Question: Is this the same bid as the Summer Camp Materials Bid #24-12-01?

Answer: The Summer Steam Academies Bid has replaced the Summer Camp

Materials bid.

7. Question: Can you provide what is currently being provided for item “Permanent

Markers – Assorted Colors – Broad Tip – 4colors/box”?

Answer: There is not a current bid out for the Summer Steam Academies.

However, in past summer supply bids we accepted permanent markers with a chisel

tip.

Clarification:

1. After testing, the following samples were submitted and are acceptable:
