SOLICITATION TITLE: Book bags for Cadet Uniform

Questions and Answers:

1. Question: The price could vary in 2024 for 2025 delivery. Please advise.

Answer: We are bidding for advanced warning of future manufacturing of this item during October 2024 for

delivery between April 1 and May 10 of 2025 and annually thereafter for 5 years initial contract and an additional

2 (1) year renewals for a total of seven (7) years. Please see bold clarification on page 4 of the solicitation.

2. Question: On page 13 there is a delivery schedule based on the order being placed on 10/31, can you let us know

when you project the next order to be placed and when you would expect delivery?

Answer: The order will be placed each year of this contract on 10/31 with delivery to be performed between the

following April 1st to May 10th time period as stated on page 13 of the solicitation.

3. Question: Could you please provide last previous awarded price for reference?

Answer: $28.25/bag all in price with embroidery and delivery.

4. Question: Is this one time delivery? And what's your expected lead time?

Answer: See Answer to question 1 above.

5. Question: On page 10 there is a requirement for us to supply a sample with the bid. If a sample has previously

been provided, do we need to submit one with our bid submission?

Answer: Yes, all previous samples will not be utilized for evaluation of your submission. An original sample

MUST be submitted with your bid submission. Please see “SAMPLES” instruction on page 10 of the solicitation.
