Questions received and answers.

Q - Two questions - are we removing all sheetrock from exterior walls if so will we remove studs

also. And will we be able to spot dumpsters next to the building?

A - All sheetrock and studs are part of the remediation. Dumpster placement the city can

accommodate for any location along the building.

Q - At the pre-bid meeting, Shaun mentioned that his print showed sheetrock walls as opposed to block

walls that are to remain. The Hazmat print does not show that. Please confirm if Shaun can provide this.

A - 2 block walls to remain are shown here in red. I also added the approximate size of the

structure that will be gutted. (Please see the drawing that follows on Page 2).
