NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

1. This Addendum is issued to all plan holders. This Addendum serves to clarify, revise, and

supersede information in the Project Manual, Drawings, and previously issued Addenda.

Portions of the Addendum affecting the Contract Documents will be incorporated into the

Contract by enumeration of the Addendum in the Owner/Contractor Agreement.

2. All terms, conditions, and requirements of the original project manual and bid documents shall

remain in place unless explicitly mentioned in this Addendum.

3. Complete set of Electronic Bids in PDF format must be submitted via email to

NMorerod@lincolncountynm.gov and copy (cc):

DRoybal@pettigrew.us and

EAmbrosio@pettigrew.us with the Subject clearly marked as: “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” 26-02

McBride Fire Roads- Janet, Pearson, and Edward. Files larger than 30MB must be separated

into separate messages.

Electronic Bids must be received with a time stamp no later than 10:30 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday,

June 18, 2026. Any bids received with a time stamp after 10:30 a.m. (MDT) will be deemed

nonresponsive

4. The Bid Opening shall be conducted via teleconference following date and time:

5. The website advertises bids due 18 June 3pm and the bid docs state 18 June 2026 at 10am on

pg 1 para 2 and 18 June at 10:30am on pg 1 para 4. Page 5 para 2 also states bids due 18 Jun at

10am. Please clarify.

• Bids are due no later than 10:30 am (MDT) on June 18th.

6. When is the pre-bid meeting? Will it be online or in person?

• A Pre-bid meeting is not being held for this project.

7. Page 1 states questions are due June 16th, 2026 at 5pm 2 days prior to bid opening. Page 9

para 6.2 states questions received less than 7 days prior to date opening will not be answered.

Please clarify as this is contradicting.

• Questions will be accepted until June 12th at 5:00pm (MDT).

8. Reinforcing bars and welded wire fabric are considered incidental to culvert pipe end sections.
