NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
1. This Addendum is issued to all plan holders. This Addendum serves to clarify, revise, and
supersede information in the Project Manual, Drawings, and previously issued Addenda.
Portions of the Addendum affecting the Contract Documents will be incorporated into the
Contract by enumeration of the Addendum in the Owner/Contractor Agreement.
2. All terms, conditions, and requirements of the original project manual and bid documents shall
remain in place unless explicitly mentioned in this Addendum.
3. Questions can be submitted to NMorerod@lincolncountynm.gov and copy (cc)
DRoybal@pettigrew.us and EAmbrosio@pettigrew.us until Friday, June 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
(MDT).
4. Complete set of Electronic Bids in PDF format must be submitted via email to
NMorerod@lincolncountynm.gov and copy (cc): DRoybal@pettigrew.us and
EAmbrosio@pettigrew.us with the Subject clearly marked as: "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" 26-02
McBride Fire Roads- Janet, Pearson, and Edward. Files larger than 30MB must be separated
into separate messages.
Electronic Bids must be received with a time stamp no later than 10:30 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday,
June 18, 2026. Any bids received with a time stamp after 10:30 a.m. (MDT) will be deemed
nonresponsive
5. The Bid Opening shall be conducted via teleconference following date and time:
