NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
1. This Addendum is issued to all plan holders. This Addendum serves to clarify, revise, and
supersede information in the Project Manual, Drawings, and previously issued Addenda.
Portions of the Addendum affecting the Contract Documents will be incorporated into the
Contract by enumeration of the Addendum in the Owner/Contractor Agreement.
2. All terms, conditions, and requirements of the original project manual and bid documents shall
remain in place unless explicitly mentioned in this Addendum.
3. The Bid Opening shall be conducted in person. To view the Bid Opening remotely, use the

4. There is no mobilization bid item for the project.
A. Mobilization has been added to the revised bid form included in this addendum.
5. There is no environmental item for the recoating structures and SP3 Power Tool Cleaning items.
How do you want us to account for the environmental containment? Such as "Safety and
Environmental Requirements" 547000.
A. Item 547000 has been added to the revised bid form included in this addendum.
6. There is no surveying or post construction plan bid items for this project? How should we cover
these, as both bridges require surveying per construction notes.
A. Proposed improvements may be field located and survey staking is not needed.

7. On the Tully Bridge, the notes indicate there is no sheer key and thus the two bridge members
are acting independently. Does the owner wish to place weight limit signs on this bridge as
well?
A. Additional weight limit panel signs will not be added as a part of this bid. However,
additional panel signs will be considered after project award.
8. SWPPP is called out for both bridges. There is no bid item for SWPPP.
A. SWPPP is not required for the project.
