NOTICE TO BIDDERS:

1. This Addendum is issued to all plan holders. This Addendum serves to clarify, revise, and

supersede information in the Project Manual, Drawings, and previously issued Addenda.

Portions of the Addendum affecting the Contract Documents will be incorporated into the

Contract by enumeration of the Addendum in the Owner/Contractor Agreement.

2. All terms, conditions, and requirements of the original project manual and bid documents shall

remain in place unless explicitly mentioned in this Addendum.

3. The Bid Opening shall be conducted in person. To view the Bid Opening remotely, use the

4. The Contractor shall provide a traffic control plan to county prior to starting work. The provided

traffic control plan must comply with the latest edition of the MUTCD and maintain at least one

lane for public access or provide detour routing. Costs for Traffic Control plan shall be

considered incidental to the overall project.
