Addendum 1: Fire Headquarters Bunkroom and Bathroom Remodel RFQ

The City of Dubuque is seeking a qualified Firm to provide construction drawings, specifications, and bidding documents to upgrade Fire Headquarters bunk rooms and bathrooms.

The projects will modify two current "open Concept" bunkroom spaces into individual sleeping quarters (up to 12) with individual electric and technology needs and to be adequately constructed for quiet space/sleeping space for the department firefighter paramedic staff working 24-hour shifts.  The project will also modify a male and female bathroom/shower space into 4 unisex bathroom/shower spaces (4 total).

Requests for information concerning the Statement of Qualifications, can be submitted to the City's designated Project Manager.  No answers given in response to RFI's submitted shall be binding upon this RFQ unless released in writing (letter or email) as an officially numbered and titled Addendum to the RFQ by the City of Dubuque.  Any RFI's concerning this Statement of Qualifications must be received on or before 2:00 PM on March 11th, 2026.  Any inquiries received after this date will not be answered.  Responses and any addendums to the RFQ will be posted on the City's website.
