This Addendum No. 1 is issued to formally clarify and modify the Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) package issued on April 14, 2026, for Engineering Services related to the 2027
Community Crossings Matching Grant (CCMG).
NOTICE OF DUE DATE CORRECTION
The Town of Munster hereby clarifies that the correct deadline for submission of
Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) is as follows:
Correct Submission Deadline: May 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
Any reference within the RFQ documents to a submission deadline of May 12, 2026, is
incorrect and shall be disregarded. All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the RFQ
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
All prospective respondents are responsible for acknowledging this Addendum and
ensuring their submission complies with the corrected deadline.
