The Township of West Orange (the “Township”) issues this Addendum #1 CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANT TO PERFORM FORENSIC AUDIT Failure to acknowledge Addendum #1 in your
submission shall require for rejection of your proposal.

The TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE desires the auditor to express an opinion on the Township’s
Revenue collec??on in conformity with generally accepted accoun??ng principles. The audit shall
include an examina??on of all funds, including bonds and notes, of the Township by cer??fied
public accountants duly authorized to prac??ce as such in the State of New Jersey. All ques??ons
