The Township of West Orange has issued Addendum No.1 in association with the public bid advertised
on May 26, 2026 to address questions from prospective bidders.
This addendum is being distributed to all current plan-holders via email and/or fax only. This addendum
includes the following:
1. All references in the Plans, Specifications, Details, Notes, Schedules and other Contract
Documents in relation to; Item #62, Small Deciduous Tree, 6" Dia. shall be replaced with;
Item #62, Small Deciduous Tree, 2.5"- 4" (If and Where Directed).
The Schedule of Prices included in the Specifications is hereby revised by replacing page P-13
in its entirety with the attached revised page P-13 which shall superseded and replace all prior
versions and shall be utilized by all bidders in preparing and submitting bids.
The addendum is available for public inspection at the Township of West Orange Purchasing
Department, located at 66 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052.
