This Addendum shall become part of the Contract Documents and shall modify the Bid
Documents, including any past addenda, as indicated below.
Bidders should acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the appropriate space on the
Form of Proposal.
1. The following was asked during the pre-bid meeting: Do we need to provide a
power pack to replace the existing power for irrigation controllers that is on the
existing station?
The answer is no. The Contractor shall have an electrician move the wires that
feed the controllers from the existing pump skid to two open 15-amp circuit
breakers in the secondary panel that is located on the wall of the pump station.
2. The Contractor shall be responsible for hauling away and disposing of the old
pump station.
3. The Owner will be completing siding, roofing, and insulation repairs to the
building prior to the pump station installation. The roof will not be removed. The
Contractor shall remove the old pump station and install the new pump station
using the double entry doors and the roof access hatch.
