CITY OF PATERSON, PASSAIC COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
LITTLE LARRY DOBY FIELD
To all prospective bidders on, Bid No. 25.27, Little Larry Doby Field, the following changes to the
specifications are hereby made part of the Contract Documents and modify the original bidding documents
dated April 2026, as noted below. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the bid,
failure to do so may subject the bidder to disqualification as noted in N.J.S.A.40:11-23.2(e).
The Addendum consists of the cover page and the following additional specification sections: Section 02792
ARTIFICIAL PLAYING SURFACE, 02832 CHAIN LINK FENCES AND GATES, 03000 CONCRETE
WORK, 11480 DUGOUTS, 12670 BENCHES, and 15069 POLYETHYLENE (PE) PIPE.
Changes to the Specifications:
1. The section 02792 ARTIFICIAL PLAYING SURFACE is hereby added to the specifications.
2. The section 02832 CHAIN LINK FENCES AND GATES is hereby added to the specifications.
3. The section 03000 CONCRETE WORK is hereby added to the specifications.
4. The section 11480 DUGOUTS is hereby added to the specifications.
5. The section 12670 BENCHES is hereby added to the specifications.
6. The section 15069 POLYETHYLENE (PE) PIPE is hereby added to the specifications.
Contents of the addenda will be emailed to all participating vendors
The bid opening date of May 14, 2026 at 11:00 am remains the same.
