NOTICE
It will be required that this addendum be signed in acknowledgment of receipt and that it be included with your Bid when same is submitted to Brandon Williams, Contracts Specialist, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000. Failure to do so may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.

The following statements supersede & supplement the corresponding items in the specifications & drawings:
the Instruction to Bidders and Invitation to Bid are hereby incorporated into the bid package and supersede those originally posted with the bid documents. The revised bid package can be found at publicfiles.dep.state.fl.us - /DRP/BDC/BDC Public Files FY24-25/BDC51-24-25_St._George_Island_-_Playground_Equipment_Replacement_&_Pavilion_Renovations/.
Also, the Playground Equipment Replacement is not a part of the bid advertisement.

BID SUBMITTAL DUE DATE: No later than 3:30 PM (ET), Tuesday, June 3, 2025, to the below address: Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Boulevard, MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000, Attention: Brandon Williams, Contracts Specialist, Bureau of Design and Construction, (850) 245-2535. (For hand delivery: Carr Building, Welcome Desk.) The Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
BID POSTING DATE: No later than 3:30 PM (ET), Tuesday, June 17, 2025, unless extended by the Department for good cause.
In all other respects, the contract documents of which this is an Addendum, and attachments relative thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
