TO BIDDERS AND PLAN HOLDERS ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT: PLEASE NOTE CONTENTS HEREIN AND INCLUDE, SIGNED, WITH YOUR BID SUBMISSION.

It will be required that this addendum be signed in acknowledgment of receipt and that it be included with your Bid when same is submitted to Logan Lee-Marple, Contracts Specialist, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Blvd., MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000. Failure to do so may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.

The revised plans and Septic Report are hereby incorporated into the bid package and supersede those originally posted with the bid documents. 1. Question: On the restroom / concession stand system, page C104 of

the plans, it calls for a 10’ deep 4’ diameter wet well. Is there any more detail on this particular structure? Can a pump tank meeting FAC 62-6 be utilized?

Answer: Please see the attached updated plans at: https://publicfiles.dep.state.fl.us/DRP/BDC/BDC%20Public%20Files%20FY25-26/BDC18-25-26_Manatee_Springs_-_Connect_to_the_Municipalities/ which provide more details on the Restroom Concession Lift Station (Sheets C104

and C503). Any variations from design plans will be reviewed during

the construction phase as shop drawings.

2. Question: Are tree protection barriers required?

Answer: Not required by Levy County.

3. Question: Are tanks to be traffic rated?

Answer: The tanks will not be installed in locations subject to

vehicular traffic loading. Accordingly, the tanks are not required to

be rated for traffic loads.

In all other respects, the contract documents of which this is an Addendum, and attachments relative thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
