TO BIDDERS AND PLAN HOLDERS ON THE ABOVE REFERENCED PROJECT: PLEASE NOTE CONTENTS HEREIN AND INCLUDE, SIGNED, WITH YOUR BID SUBMISSION.

It will be required that this addendum be signed in acknowledgment of receipt and that it be included with your Bid when same is submitted to Alisha Sadler, Contracts Specialist, Bureau of Design and Construction, 3800 Commonwealth Blvd., MS #520, Tallahassee, Florida, 32399-3000. Failure to do so may be grounds for rejection of the Bid.

The following statements supersede & supplement the corresponding items in the specifications & drawings:

1. Question:  There is no lighting fixture schedule provided on the Architectural or Electrical plans. Can the architect please provide a lighting fixture schedule.

Answer: Contractor to provide as the basis of bid standard recessed LED lighting fixtures meeting the plan and specification requirements. Specific brands/models of standard recessed LED lighting fixtures will be selected during the shop drawing submittal reviews.

1. Question:  The ceiling fans do not show the size and specifications for these fans, can the architect please provide requirements/ specifications for the proposed fans.?

Answer:  REFER TO REVISED SHEET A-121, A-122, A-123. BASIS OF DESIGN FAN APPLICABLE TO ALL FANS.

1. Question:  Pavilion 039015 shows two (2) electrical light fixtures on the architectural plans but there are no electrical plans for this pavilion. Can the architect please provide the electrical plan for Pavilion BL039015?

Answer: Contractor to provide as the basis of bid two (2) standard recessed LED lighting fixtures per the Architectural Plans. Contractor to include power to Building 39015 and to the light fixtures. Specific brands/models of standard recessed LED lighting fixtures will be selected during the shop drawing submittal reviews.

1. Question:  Restroom/Pavilion 039029 shows 2 lights on the architectural plans but the electrical plans show 1 light, can we get clarification on the fixture quantity for the Pavilion

Answer: Contractor to provide as the basis of bid two (2) standard recessed LED lighting fixtures per the Architectural Plan A141. Contractor to include power to Building 39029 and to the light fixtures. Specific brands/models of standard recessed LED lighting fixtures will be selected during the shop drawing submittal reviews.

1. Question:  Upon reviewing the project drawings dated 11.08.2024, we have noticed that the lighting schedule is not included in the set of drawings provided. In order to proceed with accurate estimating, we kindly request clarification on the following: Whether the lighting schedule will be issued as a separate document or if it will be included in a future update to the drawings

Answer: Contractor to provide as the basis of bid standard recessed LED lighting fixtures meeting the plan and specification requirements. Specific brands/models of standard recessed LED lighting fixtures will be selected during the shop drawing submittal reviews.

1. Question:  Will be the contractor be responsible for providing temporary bathroom facility for the public during the construction of the site?

Answer: Contractor is to provide two (2) Standard and one (1) ADA portable toilets for park use, and a separate portable toilet for contractor’s use.

In all other respects, the contract documents of which this is an Addendum, and attachments relative thereto, shall remain in full force and effect.
