Addendum 2 added to Audit Services Request for Proposals

The City of Dubuque is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit its financial statements for three fiscal years ending June 30, 2024 through June 30, 2026. The annual audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, Chapter 11 of the Code of Iowa, and any other provisions applicable to audits of local government contained in the Code of Iowa, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office’s (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, the Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 and Office of Management and Provisions of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirement, Cost Principals, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).

There is no expressed or implied obligation for the City of Dubuque to reimburse responding firms for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals or potential interviews in response to this request.
