ADACEL Air Traffice Control Simulator

  • Allows trainees to do self-led training.
  • Instructors can set up scenarios for students to use on the systems.
  • Rewind capabilities to allow students to rewind during a scenario to correct their errors.
  • Full Maxim with speech recognition and visuals in a compact system.
  • Configurable operational displays such as ASDE-X, STARS, ATNAVICS, weather display, and lighting panels that can be displayed in just a single click.
  • A Menu system to switch easily between operational displays.
  • Instructors can also use these systems to develop scenarios at their own location/home with the ability to do in-depth testing of training scenarios including OTW view.
  • Allows trainees to train in any Maxim supported position including Tower, Ground, and Radar controller stations.
  • Scenarios are easily transferred amongst the Maxim systems.
  • Includes Visual database (VDB) representing the site-specific KFAA airport, fully enhanced to take advantage of Adacel's latest visual engine, Aeroscene. Please refer to Attachment 2 for detailed information.
