This project will improve pedestrian safety by upgrading the Stratford Road midblock crossing with current ADA compliant ramps, solar powered Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacons (RRFBs) mounted on aluminum Pelco poles with 2-foot diameter foundations, and current APS pedestrian push buttons. The City is supplying and installing the RRFBs and Pelco poles on the Contractor installed foundations per plans and specifications.
