SCOPE OF WORK

Complete in a professional manner the ADA QUANTUM & Seating, Curb Side Retrofit, per specifications (Attachment A). The Scope of the work is to supply the necessary components and materials to be priced and supplied to support the following ADA retrofit applications on a minimum of (7) Seven Gillig buses ranging in age from 2017 through 2019. Also Request an option for spare Quantum base unit and on sight training.

TIMELINE

The project must be completed by: 120 days after Notice to Proceed. If you cannot meet this deadline, please fill out the “Statement of No Bid” form included in this packet, stating this as the reason.

Attachment Preview

Seating applications in the ADA area must maintain the largest passable aisle, maximize the ADA securement
area as to minimize aisle obstruction. (Bus 1030 thru 1034 Must be, best possible matching fabric). (Bus
1035 - 1036 Blue & Gray Hardshell best possible match). Theater, style thin flip, auto folding seat
application, with forward arm rests in the forward application on all seats. ADA Seating shall be reviewed at
the time of order. Images provided below of current seating with current fabric & Hard shell seating.
Price provided to match in like color and design, best possible as to match the remaining seating in the bus. The
Quantum passenger operational control & Placard shall be mounted on the center folding seat. The passenger
stop request shall be mounted as high as possible on the forward and rearward seating. Recommended American
Seating BC 55 or approved equal. (See images Below)
