The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:

Project: 2026 ADA Improvements Program

Project No.: 2026-008

Estimate: $80,000

Major Items:

• Approximately 400 SF of PCC Sidewalk and ADA ramp Replacement
• Approximately 100 SF of PCC Street Patching
• Related items including removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey

Letting Date:          1:30 PM, February 11, 2026

Completion Date:   September 25, 2026

Copies of the plans and contract documents will be available online on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, from the City of Urbandale website, under the Department of Engineering and Public Works, Projects Out to Bid, at http://www.urbandale.org/185/Projects-Out-to-Bid .
