Ada County Paramedics Collection Services

Project Description: The Emergency Medical Services District Board (“Board”) is seeking proposals from vendors qualified to provide collection services. Specifically, Ada County Emergency Medical Services District (“EMS”) seeks to contract for the services of a professional collection firm (“Vendor”) to collect on past due accounts owed to EMS. Any resulting contract will be for a term commencing on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2026, followed by one-year renewal options for up to four years thereafter. Please note that the successful Vendor may be assigned accounts that have already been assigned to another collection service prior to the effective date of the agreement entered into between EMS and the successful Vendor.
