Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as a tenant improvement remodel of the existing Ada County Operations office space, including reconfiguration of existing reception, conference, and breakroom areas; demolition of existing finishes and casework; installation of new partitions, doors, storefront, casework, flooring, ceilings; and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and accessibility improvements, as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings.
