Project Description: Ada County is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of the following mosquito control products: Altosid®, Duplex®, Summit®, Spheratax®, Zenivex®, Flush® Perm-X®, Deltaguard® and Permanone® (hereinafter “Product”), to be used by Ada County Mosquito Abatement District, as more fully described in the specifications in Exhibit A hereto.
A Bidder may bid on one (1) or more of the products. Ada County is requesting that only the brand name products be bid (See Exhibit A). This is an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Bid (IDIQ). As such, there is no guarantee that any products will actually be purchased.
The prevailing bidder will be required to arrange for purchase of the Product directly from the manufacturer and arrange and be responsible for delivery of the Product FOB Destination to Ada County Weed, Pest and Mosquito Abatement, 975 E. Pine Ave., Meridian, ID 83642. Bidders shall take care to include all taxes, assessments, fees, costs of delivery and freight, and off-load, and all other incidental costs within the bid amount.
This is a line-item bid. The County will award a separate contract for each product listed in Exhibit A. Bidders may bid on one, or more than one, of the products listed. In the event a bidder is awarded more than one product, all the products will be contained in a single contract.
