Ada County Master Facilities Plan Update 2025

Project Description: Ada County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist the County in updating the County’s Master Facilities Plan. The goal of the plan update is to enhance the County’s facilities to better meet both current and future operational needs. The updated plan will reflect the evolving needs of County departments and services and the community, thus ensuring that County facilities are aligned with anticipated growth and public safety requirements. The ideal consultant will have experience in successfully consulting for local governments and comparable public agencies, with similar requirements to Ada County, on space planning and facilities management projects. The consultant firm should be experienced in the following areas, without limitation, space planning and programming, land use planning, site development, reviewing master and conceptual site plans, and facilities management. Working knowledge of county budgets and finance is a plus. Proposers must outline their services and demonstrate how they will complete the Master Facilities Plan update within the budget requirements set forth in the Specifications.
