Ada County Jail Video Booth

Project Description: Ada County, on behalf of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, is requesting proposals from vendors for the immediate purchase, delivery, and installation of one (1) booth enclosure meeting the specifications set forth herein, to be used for the purpose of facilitating secure video conferencing between inmates and professional visitors (e.g., attorneys and clergy), using ACSO-owned and installed Cisco Webex systems and equipment, in the Ada County Jail, located at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, ID 83704. There is the potential for additional purchases, deliveries, and installations in other parts of the Ada County Jail in the future under the same terms and conditions as set forth in any contract that may be awarded as a result of this RFP 26056, although County is under no obligation to procure any additional products or services in the future and there is no guarantee of the same.
