Project Description: The Ada County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the development and purchase of an advanced Jail Management and Case Management system(s). The system will be utilized by several departments across our agency to effectively manage inmates from the time they are booked into jail, through their participation in programs, probation and until they have completed their sentence or case requirements.
The purpose of this RFP is to replace the outdated, booking-driven IJ5 system and Monitor system with a modern, person-centric solution that addresses existing inefficiencies, such as fragmented data, lack of integration, and reliance on manual processes. The goal is to procure a unified system that either combines the JMS and CMS into one platform or ensures seamless integration between two systems. This solution must centralize information, streamline operations, and provide scalability to meet the evolving needs of ACSO while supporting high standards of performance and efficiency.
