Project Description: Ada County (“County”), through RFP 25068 Ada County Elections Equipment Transport (“RFP 25068”), is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to assist Ada County Elections in the transportation of elections equipment cages and voting booths. Ada County conducts two elections per year with the possibility of a run-off election in December during odd numbered years. The two months with required elections are May and November. During the May Election in odd numbered years, the total number of equipment cages and voting booths will depend on the precincts involved in that election.
