Ada County Custodial Services for Select Ada County Facilities

Project Description: Ada County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive custodial services for designated County facilities located throughout Ada County. The County intends to award a contract to a vendor with the experience, staffing, management capabilities, and resources necessary to maintain the facilities in accordance with the requirements and performance standards established in this Request for Proposal and Exhibit A – Scope of Work.
The selected vendor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, chemicals, supplies, quality control measures, and administrative oversight necessary to perform the required services. Services include, but are not limited to, routine and periodic cleaning, floor and carpet care, restroom sanitation, waste and recycling removal, supply management, inspections, employee supervision, and emergency response services.
The County seeks a vendor that will serve as a reliable partner in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality of County facilities while providing responsive customer service and consistent performance throughout the term of the contract.
