Project Description: Ada County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist the Ada County Development Services Department in drafting a Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Idaho Code § 67-6508. The ideal consultant will have experience in successfully writing and assisting in the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan. The current Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2016, and since that time the County has experienced significant population growth, development pressure, infrastructure expansion, and changing land-use dynamics. This long-range planning effort will guide growth and decision-making over the next 10 ̶ 20 years.
