Project Description: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as: providing all materials and labor for the replacement of five (5) Variable Refrigerant Flow (“VRF”) Units at the Ada County Assessor’s Office and at the Ada County Indigent Services Office located at 190 East Front Street, Boise, Idaho 83702 and 252 West Front Street, Boise Idaho,83702, respectively, and as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual specifications and drawings (the “Project”).
