ADA Compliant Wheelchair Lift PM Inspections, Testing, and Repairs
Description:

This Event is issued by the State University of New York at Stony Brook (herein after referred to as "SUNY”) to solicit proposals to provide all labor, equipment, and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance inspections, tests, and repairs for ADA compliant wheelchair lifts. As required by ASME guidelines A18.1, all wheelchair lifts shall be appropriately inspected every six (6) months and tested annually. These services will be provided on a time-and-materials basis, following ASME guidelines 18.1, for both academic and residence buildings located at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook, NY 11794. The successful bidder must perform all testing by a qualified elevator inspector (QEI) in accordance with ASME QEI-1. The services as herein described are delivered NET FOB Destination in accordance with SUNY at Stony Brook bid number 2425-122MC and Exhibits.
