Remove existing masonry exterior stair. Excavate and install new masonry stair and ramp. Install electric door operators at two entrance doors. A non-mandatory site meeting will commence at 3:00PM on Friday, 31st January, 2025 located at Town Hall, 2725 Main Street, Stratford, CT for prospective bidders to scope the conditions. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
