Ralpho Township is utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to make the rear entrance ADA accessible. The project involves:

• Concrete stairs and pad

• Handrails

• Roof over stairs (including posts)

• Wind block

• One downspout

• Associated walls and foundations

• Electrical outlet, wiring, and conduit up to the service panel

• Concrete ADA-compliant ramp and landing with foundations

• Concrete block walls

• Stainless steel handrails on both the ramp and new stairs

• New concrete stairs

• New canopy roof with posts, built-in gutter and downspouts

• Steel bollards filled with concrete

• Vertical siding over T1-11 at three locations

• Norton 5740K3 Power Operator Kit for the existing exterior door

• Pavement restoration in sawcut areas of parking lot

• ADA-compliant parking space with:

  • Accessible route and paint

  • Concrete tire stop

  • ADA signage and striping

• Relocation of:

  • Two (2) existing light fixtures

  • One (1) existing security camera

• Installation of:

  • One (1) new light fixture

All work shall include workmanship and appurtenances for a complete job.
