The premises sought through this RFP will house the Region 7 field office of Massachusetts Parole Board (PAR). The premises will serve as an administrative office for parole officers and other staff responsible for supervising parolees residing in the region. Parolees meet with parole officers at their homes, places of work and/or at the field office to ensure that their parole conditions are being met. This Parole Board Field Office is also responsible for managing a re-entry program for recently discharged state offenders. This office is expected to receive approximately 10 visitors per day.
