The bid documents are to be mailed or delivered to the City Administrator, 221 North 5
th
Street, Bismarck, North Dakota 58501 or otherwise deposited with the city Administrator and shall be sealed and endorsed, " Crack Sealing, Bismarck Airport” and shall indicate the type and number of contractor's license.
The proposed work includes the following items and approximate quantities:
Non-routed crack sealing, route and crack seal, and large crack repair (hot pour).
