ACUHO-I Benchmarked Assessment Platform for Apartment, Resident, and Student Staff Assessment

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of Association of College and University Housing Officers-International (ACUHO-I) Benchmarked Assessment Platform for Apartment, Resident and Student Staff Assessments from Benchworks by Elentra as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. Platform must: align with national standards (ACUHO-I and CAS), provide housing-specific survey instruments, enable benchmarking across institutions and student sub-populations, support longitudinal data analysis, and offer integrated support and consultation for housing professionals, among other specifications. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
